I have always loved Seattle and the variety that it offers throughout its culture. In one place everything celebrates art, in another, everything celebrates history, in another, everything celebrates modern technology. There is something for everybody here. I find it way to difficult to want to part in this same city I grew up with nearby, including landmarks like the Pacific Science Center, the Space Needle, and who could forget Pike Place Market! Some people say that Seattle is a place of hipsters and Starbucks drinkers, and I can tell you: they're probably right. I don't consider myself one of them (as I don't drink coffee), yet I also don't see anything wrong with the "hipster" culture. In fact, those "hipsters" may be some of the greatest artists of our modern time. You can take a look at my tribute to Tim Burton, one of Hollywood's most treasured hipsters, along with my reviews on three of his movies: Big Eyes, Batman, and the newly released Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.
If you haven't visited Seattle yet, what are you waiting for?!
